The proposal seeks to remove parcels from TID 5 that are generally located in the area east of S. Maple Street, south of Howard Street, west of the Fox River, and north of Fifth (5th) Street.

2Consideration with possible action to adopt a Territory Amendment Resolution and amend the Project Plan for TID Fourteen (14), North Broadway Redevelopment. The proposal seeks to add parcels that are generally east of Broadway, south of Mather Street, west of the Fox River, and north of Dousman Street.
3Consideration with possible action to adopt a Creation Resolution to establish TID Number Twenty-Three (23), Legends District, and adopt the Project Plan. TID 23 is generally located in the area east of Holmgren Way, south of Lombardi Avenue, west of Bart Starr Drive, and north of Mike McCarthy Way. TID 23 will be classified as a blight elimination district based on the identification and classification of the property proposed to be included within the TID. Proposed projects include cash grants and loans to owners, lessees, or developers of property within the TID; road, pedestrian, bicycle, and other transportation improvements; potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm water infrastructure; public spaces and amenities; land acquisition, environmental remediation, structural rehabilitation, and new construction; and administration. The proposed costs include projects within the proposed boundary and within a one-half (1/2) mile radius of the proposed boundary of the TID.
